Vinyl is one of the most flexible materials we have to offer, not only in terms of physical pliability but also in it’s capability of suiting several applications where the tight tolerances of rigid plastic or the usage of silicone material doesn’t allow.
Standard vinyl material can withstand intermittent temperatures of up to 177°C, however if you are after something more resistant to heat we offer several of our ranges in Flex500ᵀᴹ material which increases intermittent temperature resistance to 260°C.

The nature of dip moulding means that tooling remains relatively inexpensive when compared to injection moulding cavity tools for custom parts.
All vinyl products can be offered in a range of colours and lengths with additional options available such as, higher temperature resistance, UV stability, protection against ESD and more
