Greentree take Health and Safety very seriously. In order to meet the duties imposed by the The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, a Safety Management system has been set up in conjunction with Verton Ltd. This promotes continuous improvement in Health and Safety, risk reduction and monitoring to ensure everyone is safe in the workplace. The below policy statement, organisation and arrangement of our Safety Management system are periodically reviewed and updated as necessary.
Environmental
Greentree ensures wherever possible to trade in a manner that reduces any potential impact upon the environment and commit ourselves to . Through the use of strategic planning, Greentree evolve the below policy for continual improvement.
Anti-Bribery
The Bribery Act 2010 modernised the the law on bribery. Greentree have implemented a bribery policy reflecting the responsibilities of Greentree and it’s employees under the act. Greentree monitor and review this policy regularly.
Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
Whilst Greentree fall under the £36M turnover threshold outlined in section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the”Act”), Greentree produce a Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement each financial year. This is so our partners within the supply chain can access the statement, in order to meet their obligations and demonstrate our awareness of the importance of the issue within our supply chain.
Quality - ISO9001
It is the policy of Greentree to meet customer requirements and enhance their satisfaction with our products and overall service by operating all of our processes under controlled conditions. Our quality policy and quality management system have been established by our top management considering the strategy and context of the organisation and are subject to regular management review to guarantee continuing suitability, efficiency and effectiveness.
This policy is deployed through our quality management system that has been established, documented and implemented to fully conform to ISO9001. Our customer-specific, applicable law and regulatory requirements meet as the standard as they apply to our products and services. The company uses and promotes the ‘process approach’ and ‘risk based thinking’ as required by ISO9001.
